“What shall I Choose?”

All of us are perplexed by this question many a times in our lives. Primarily because making a choice determines the course of our future and colours the experiences of our life - it can be about clothes, food, friends, job, vacation, choice of a partner and much more!  It projects our image on to the world and makes a statement about who we are. It grounds us, gives us substantiveness and conveys this to the world.

In this workshop, we examine 'what, when, how and why' of our choice making processes to empower ourselves to choose with awareness so that we can steer the ship of our life in the direction that we desire.

An invitation to be a part of this adventure and experience the wonderful world of story writing. With words and creativity as your tools, find the Wimpy Kids, Alex Riders, Tom Sawyers or Swamis who are waiting for your magic touch. Better yet, touch the hidden mysteries of your own world and give voice to your experiences of joys, pains, happiness, friendships, breakups, isolation, and togetherness!

Create characters that are real or imagined, set them on wild adventures across the seven seas or mountains. Or place them in a village, in a school, or anywhere you want them to be. Tell their stories....

We will explore...write... learn the nuances of story-writing ... learn about ourselves and each other...

This is an invitation to educators, artists, poets, writers and all those interested, to engage with their muse, be it Kabir, Rumi or Tagore; to touch the wellspring of creativity; to celebrate the artist within …with a band of co-travelers!

Across cultures and across time, spaces have been created to handle inter-generational conflicts and to ease the flow of communication. Aastha foundation attempts to create such a space for teenagers and their parents.

This program promises to create a space to relook and reflect on the narratives of our lives; to dive within and get in touch with the essence of your narrative; to feel into ones gifts and limitations.
