Astha had given me that psychological safe space to look within me. Helped me to figure things out for myself, question some of my own beliefs, understand my worldviews & my interactions with others. 

Through this difficult and scary journey, in my experience, the Astha facilitators are suave, gentle, and yet hard hitting when required. While one walks their own path, they are with you in your journey of discovery.
