Currently anchoring the role of Executive Trustee for Aastha Foundation , Preethi has been part of Aastha since inception (1996). She completed her Process Work Professional Program from Indian Society for Individual & Social Development during 1992-1995.

She is also a certified MBTI Assessor. Preethi’s Career spans 28+ years in Industry. Her experience includes having worked with organisations in Manufacturing, Consulting, IT and ITES in Human Resources, Learning & Development & Diversity & Inclusion. Preethi is an OD & HR Consultant based in Bangalore.

She is also a trained classical Mohiniyattom Dancer and loves Travel, Reading, Music , Movies & Plays. Her passion is working with individuals & organisations to facilitate opportunities for growth & realising of untapped potential.
