Mohan Raja

Mohan has over 3 decades of experience in working with Organizations like General Electric (GE) and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL).

A Finance professional by qualification and a Training professional by passion, Mohan Raja has worked in Sales, Distribution, Training & Development, Human Resources (Generalist), eHR and Leadership Development. Mohan Raja has been a Professional Member of Indian Society for Individual and Social Development (ISISD) and is a certified assessor of Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).

He established his own Consulting & Training Organisation Synapse India Management Consultants Pvt Ltd in Bangalore since 2005. Currently Mohan is based in Abudhabhi UAE and operates between India & UAE. He invests hugely in mentoring young talent and is a passionate Trainer. He has been facilitating programmes at Aastha since 2000 and is currently on the board of trustees.
