Thresholds of Being and Becoming

A fascinating dimension of process work is that it defies a definition of a kind ... skills are an important part of this body of work and yet it isn't only skill based. The 'becoming ' of the process worker is intimately entwined with her/his 'being'. The more the being unfolds, the more one discovers oneself and is able to offer that as a context for others. This lab provided a space to examine the thresholds of Being and Becoming. And how they play out in the way this work is held by process workers.
