We are offering a free introductory programme for individuals to understand Process Work and the work that we do at Aastha.
Each one of us lives out various/ varied narratives as part of our day to day lives. There are some patterns that play out in our lives over and over again. Some are self-enhancers, some are self-limiting.
The breaking of these patterns of thought, feeling and action are however extremely difficult. Many a time, we do not even recognize these patterns.
