Mehroo Kotval

Mehroo Kotval is a corporate trainer who began her career in Sales and Sales Administration in Ceat Tyres Ltd. She subsequently moved into Training and HRD. She has been involved in corporate training for 25 years. She however, made a happy shift to work with NGOs.

She completed her internship in process work and facilitation from Indian Society for Individual and Social Development and is a Governing Council Member of Aastha Foundation. She lends this expertise to IMDR Pune and IIMs Ahmedabad and Lucknow. She was on the editorial board of a community magazine called Parsiana. She currently writes for a digital western classical magazine Serenade as it has been a hobby for almost forty years. She is passionate about western music and enjoys singing with the choir.
