The Internship Modules - Phase II and Phase III

This Programme is recommended for those who:

  • commit to working with the self to promote wellbeing for self and others.

Internship Duration and Structure

The Internship Modules include Phase II and Phase III in years succeeding the Foundation Module. Each module is for 12 days and offered only in the Summer Event in which the participant goes through intensive exploration of self and identity in systems and collectivities.

The Process starts with participants attending any one-week programme of the Foundation Module during the Winter or Summer events. This is a prerequisite for joining Internship.

The Foundation Module is followed by two reviews. Application for joining internship is accompaied by a written self-review in which participants write about their journey of exploration of self. Participation in regional chapter meetings is recommended. Based on the reiews and reflection offred by the Education & Review Committe, and work done with the Self, participants may be invited to the Phase II & Phase III.

Phase II

Interface with Systems

  • review of application of learning fron the Foundation Programme.
  • exploration of role taking processes.
  • examining influence of Systems on the Self.
  • designing and creating learning environments.

Phase III

Membership in Large Collectives

  • exploring Issues of Memership in Large Collectives
  • connecting with instituational processes and
  • understanding community building processes
  • exploratory space for designing appropriate interventions for Self/organisation and community objectives.

The Internship is an experiential programme. The design enables participants to understand the deeper processes of unfolding of the self. It also helps in increasing awareness of thoughts and emotions, offering up newer & diverse perspectives for meaningful action choices.

Experimential learning helps in designing and facilitating interventions for learning and growth at the individual and collective level.


The internship programme is a journey of self-discovery with a quest to add new meanings and explore untapped potential. It involves:

  • re - examining experiences in life and work spaces
  • re looking at patterns of interpersonal relationships.
  • looking at world views carried from familial and cultural contexts.
