Ms. Bela Sood
Bela has done Instruction Theory and Design from Connecticut, USA after M.Sc- Dietetics. She has worked as an Education Consultant for inception and starting up of Education Institutions. She has worked with WIPRO initiative for professional training of teachers in more than 25 schools in India, with The Teacher Foundation. She is presently heading Training and Development department at Shantilal Muttha Foundation (SMF), Pune. She has more than 20 years of experience as a Content designer, Teacher Educator, Life skills mentor in various contexts and spaces. Worked in India, in the rural and urban Education set ups. Also has work experience in Ireland and USA. Bela is a keen process worker who incorporates the principles of process work in personal and professional spaces. She is a kathak dancer, who likes to travel and enjoys relating to different cultures and people

Ms. Mehroo Kotval
Mehroo Kotval is a corporate trainer who began her career in Sales and Sales Administration in Ceat Tyres Ltd. She subsequently moved into Training and HRD. She has been involved in corporate training for 25 years. She however, made a happy shift to work with NGOs. She completed her internship in process work and facilitation from Indian Society for Individual and Social Development and is an Institutional Member of Aastha Foundation. She lends this expertise to IMDR Pune and IIMs Ahmedabad and Lucknow. She is currently on the editorial board of a of a community magazine called Parsiana

Uday Mazgaonkar
Uday Ramesh Mazgaonkar is an Independent OD Consultant working out of Pune, India and Columbus, Indiana. He started his career in Advertising and Sales and later moved to Training and Development. He is an accredited MBTI practitioner who has designed and facilitated Corporate Activity based outbound learning spaces since 1999 for a multitude of clients from a wide cross of industries and countries. He has co-anchored Explorations in Role and Identity Labs for IIM Ahmedabad and Framing Identities & Roles through Exploration Lab for IIM Lucknow. Also a Mountaineer, Herpetologist, avid biker & a cross country driver.

Ms. Farah Khan
Farah is an educationist with a HR qualification. Farah has spent more than a decade contributing to innovative ways of teaching-learning processes and in developing a curriculum that fosters wholistic learning. She has expertise in designing and conducting workshops and has anchored workshops for schools and corporate organisations. Currently she is the Head of CIE Centre (Cambridge International Examination) at Prakriya Green Wisdom School. Farah has been keenly involved in understanding and working with issues of adolescence and enabling young adults to search for a direction for themselves.

Ms. Rema Kumar
Rema is an educationist with over 20 years of experience teaching in schools all over the country. She has been involved with Prakriya Green Wisdom School, Bengaluru since its initial years partnering in the visioning and co-creating the institution. She held the roles of Principal and Director of the school before moving on to Bhoomi Network. She is currently Director Projects and Assistant Editor of Eternal Bhoomi Magazine. She is the Executive Director of the Governing Council of Aastha. She has facilitated training programmes for corporate organisations as well as educational institutions. She has a passion and commitment to institution building processes, enabling individuals to tap into their potential and build learning communities. She holds a B AHonors Degree in Economics (Delhi University). An avid reader she spends her free time writing for journals andmagazines.

Ms. Jaya Narayan
Jaya Narayan is an alumnus of TISS, Mumbai and has over 17 years of experience with people development. Her current interests & engagements include personal growth labs, one on one life, career & behavioural coaching and expressive art based intervention. She has been studying and practicing Process Work facilitation in several settings over the last decade. She is an Institutional Member of Aastha Foundation. In her free time she writes, blogs and spends time on social media. You can follow her on her professional blog, No HR Gyan (http://nohrgyan.blogspot.com/).

Ms. Reva Malik

Reva’s area of work and interest is in developing learning methodologies that are inspired by natural systems as opposed to curriculums and methodologies prevalent today.

She recently co-founded Existential Knowledge Foundation with an objective of research and revival of natural/ indigenous processes of knowing and learning.

She draws her learnings from having worked in the education sector as well as her ongoing study and practice as a process work facilitator.
