  1. What will be the methodology of the programme?
    Aastha Foundation follows a unique learning methodology. We use experiential learning which allows the participants to share and learn from each other’s experience and that of the facilitators. It helps the participant to explore, review and redefine meanings held which may lead to the discovery of many more action choices for oneself.

  2. How will I spend my day during the programme?
    You would typically spend two thirds of a day in intense small group work and the rest of the time in community sessions. Typically, three days out of six would have late evening sessions as well.

  4. Can I arrive late or leave early from the summer programme?
    The design of the Aastha programme lays a lot of emphasis on working together as a group. Thus it is essential that participants check in the night prior to the programme and checkout after the programme is completed. Early departures for reasons other than emergencies are not encouraged and are counter-productive to group work.

  5. Dress code during the Aastha programme?
    The sessions are conducted with the traditional floor or baithak seating arrangement. Please choose clothing that would be most comfortable in this context. Do keep in mind that the temperature in Pune is moderately warm through the day and night. Do remember to bring walking shoes and personal medication (if any).

  6. Can I visit or bring guests or family during the programme?
    The nature of the programme requires your 100% attention. In this context the programme is conducted in a residential set up due to which no family members are permitted to be on the programme with you and we discourage any guests visiting you during the programme.
